If goods you have ordered are not available at the time of your purchase, we will attempt to notify you within 48 hrs (excluding weekends) via email or phone to arrange an alternative.

You may elect to:

  1. Receive an alternative product at an equal price,
  2. Receive a refund, or
  3. Place your order (or part of your order) on back order to receive when the product becomes available.
