Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Damaged or Faulty Products

Should your delivery from Pet Heaven Memorials be damaged or faulty in anyway (i.e. broken, incorrectly packed or faulty) please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation promptly. 

2. Proof of Purchase

We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a damaged or faulty product. Some examples of acceptable proof of purchase are original receipt, tax invoice or a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase from Pet Heaven Memorials.
