“My boy passed away on the 11th July. It was all sudden and a shock to us, he was a red alaskan malamute and was very special to us.
I wanted a special urn for him with his photo and all on it. I looked on the net and found what I wanted through Pet Heaven Caskets. I e-mailed Jill and got a quick reply.
All was done through e-mails and over the phone as I live interstate, they then sent me some samples for me to chose from before making his urn. It was just what I wanted, so they made it up and sent it to me with no problems.
I will be staying with Pet Heaven Caskets for any of my products at a time of a beloved pet passing. I found them sincere and listened to what I wanted.”

“I would like to take this chance, to thank you so much for your kindness and compassion. I will certainly be recommending you to all my animal family friends. I was previously a member of Animal Liberation Victoria, and will be happy to let them know too what a great person you are to handle these sensitive times.
Once again, thank you so much for your kindness, and as you said, this could be a one off meeting between us, but you have made a lasting impression on me.”

“Jill, thank you so much for the wonderful service you provided when we lost our precious little Muffy. We were very touched by the care and compassion you showed and you certainly made a very difficult time for us more manageable.
The casket was the perfect resting place for Muffy and we are so grateful for the way you personally delivered it to us at a minutes notice”

“In just recent times my lovely cat of 20 years met her fate with a rather large dog. It was a horrible time for me to loose such an animal that was so close to us all, she was part of our family.
I had heard about Pet Heaven Memorials as I wanted to have my old girl cat cremated, so I gave them a ring and to my surprise on the other end of the phone was the most caring and kind lady that understood everything I was feeling and couldn’t do enough to console me and help me purchase an urn for my cat. This lovely lady had the urn sent to Tasmania where I live by post and she organised everything, there was no problems with anything. Not only did I get the urn safely, but inside was an angel pin she had sent and a card with her condolences.
I didn’t know there was other people that cared like I did and she didn’t even know me – now that is something special. Thank you so much for everything you did as I know I wasn’t just a number.”

“Zach’s urn arrived today, thank you so much it is lovely. Thank you also for the card and the angel, it is really a beautiful touch.
We took the pyramid tonight to the Vet and had them transfer Zach’s ashes into it for us. He is now back home with us now, I am very pleased.
Once again thank you for your kind words and support over this time. I do appreciate all your help.”

We both sincerely appreciated what you did in meeting us half way and also thank you for the card and pillow”

“When I awoke to your first e-mail on Tuesday morning I was so touched that a total stranger would go to so much trouble knowing that they were unable to assist me themselves. Until that moment I had felt so alone in my quest to do something special for my beautiful daughter.
I know that you gave great happiness to a sad but grateful mother”

“Before we knew of pet heaven caskets, we lost our beautifully border collie last August. It was totally unexpected and we were devastated. We brought her home, and my husband and I then had to buy materials to build her a little casket. This was an added stress at a really difficult time. I vowed I would never be put in that situation again.
We have a 14 year old Dachshund, and we know that his time will come too. I found pet Heaven Casket on the web and e-mailed them for information. We received a prompt reply and Jill phoned for more details. I couldn’t have asked for a more warm and sincere person to talk to. I was still reeling from the death of our little girl, but Jill found the time to talk to me. I thought she might have thought I was being a bit morbid, wanting a casket before the event, but Jill related her own story of loss and I knew I was making the right choice. I ordered a casket for Jack and it arrived in pristine condition. We haven’t had to use it yet, but when the time comes, at least that will be one less thing to have to worry about. I can not speak highly enough of these wonderful people, and the service they provide for those of us that have much cherished pets.”

“Our boy Bacchus was diagnosed in January with cancer and recently we made the very hard decision to end his suffering, he was only six. I contacted Jill back in January to begin arrangements as our little man deserved the absolute best in death as he did in life. Making that phone call was incredibly hard Jill has made this terrible situation easier to deal with. Her service extended beyond taking my order and delivering the urn. I can not express enough my gratitude to you and your husband for you assistance and support. We now have our boy forever.”

“When our beloved Maggie the beagle (11 yo) was diagnosed with a cancerous bladder tumour in November, we knew that it was only a matter of time. After contacting Rob & Jill we organised her casket to be delivered. There were problems with a courier and Rob & Jill drove 3 hours to us to personally deliver. Their kindness didn’t stop there, occasionally ringing and asking us how Maggie was. Miraculously Maggie lived for another 8 months before we had to say good-bye. Her casket was beautifully made and the interior was lined with satin and included a laced pillow as well. Perfect for our angel. Thank you Rob & Jill for all your help getting us through this very sad time”

“I had my little girl Moet for almost 15 years when my mum and I had to make the unbelievably hard decision to put her out of her pain. It was no doubt the hardest thing I have ever done.
I wanted something as special as her to put her in after she was cremated. I called around but everything was just off a shelf. Our little girl was far from ordinary. Then I found Jill and her husband they replied to my email quickly. I was able to talk to them out of working hours, they understood perfectly with what I wanted and went out of their way to ensure it was put together beautifully.
When you lose a pet your losing a huge piece of your life and Jill and her husband understood that. They ensured that even the small things were perfect.
I can not thank them enough for all the effort they put into making sure my little girls Urn was special.”

“My story is quite a long one but I will try and make it short. For Christmas the adults of my family usually do a Christmas Kringle, but this year because of the economy we hadn’t decided what to do. So dad being the kind of man he is stopped on his way home from Melbourne at an Antique Shop and purchased lovely porcelain pieces for my mum, my two sisters and myself. Dad couldn’t help but show me as I am the only one who lives in town, that night I went home and there was a message from the girls saying who has got who for the Chrissie Kringle, so I had to make a quick call and put a stop to it. Well we then decided us kids would do the kringle between ourselves and buy mum and dad something special together.
Being a huge pet lover, and my whole family also having a love of dogs (especially), I thought maybe we could get them a plaque for our two family dogs Sunny and Sally (Shetland Sheepdogs) who passed away over the past four years, Dad was going to make a plaque for them, however he just hadn’t seemed to have had the time. I browsed the net for nights and spoke to numerous people but none of them seemed right and just didn’t understand what I wanted or said it couldn’t be done, or the price was ridiculous. Then I came across Jill at Pet Heaven Caskets, well right from the first word I knew she was my lady.
Jill, I can’t extend my thanks enough and let people know how much sincere effort you went into getting the plaque for me, just how we wanted it, although it is a flat piece of stone it has life to it, the photo etched on it was excellent, really displaying the emotions of both dogs. Thank you for extending yourself and spending time to look at different stones and to make sure the quality of the etchers work was what you and I would both expect. Thank you for taking the time to speak to me and keep in touch and let me know exactly what was going on, and also not taking charge but really listening and understanding the importance of this gift.
My parents loved it and now have a treasured reminder of their darling shelties, settled in the garden where they were buried.”

“Pet Heaven Memorials more than exceeded my expectations for both product quality and service. When my pet passed away, I looked extensively on the internet for Pet Caskets, and nothing came even close to the beautiful caskets they had here. I bought a white casket, and it actually provided a lot of comfort during that extremely difficult time. I was just stunned by the casket, and was glad that I could give my pet one last, spectacular gift. I could not think of a better tribute to a wonderful pet.
As for the service, it was nothing short of amazing. I wanted my pet buried on the same day of his death, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Jill and Rob’s help. In less than one day, they got the casket organised and engraved, and personally drove out to meet me closer to my area so I could pick the casket up in time. Furthermore, they actually organised the pet cemetery I ended up burying my pet in.
Jill and Rob are very caring and good people, and were truly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. This is so important because when a pet passes away, it’s so sad and traumatic that you just want the burial process to be as easy on you as possible, so you can spend your time grieving and comforting yourself during this painful time. I am so grateful and fortunate to have had Jill and Rob’s assistance during this time, it really made a tremendous difference. I have nothing but good things to say about Pet Heaven Memorials, they were perfect. Thank you.”
